Narrative of Services:

My practice, OCD, Anxiety, & Trauma Psychological Services P.C., serves residents of California, Maine, and people living in PSYPACT participating states. I practice CBT to treat OCD and Related Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders, Somatic Symptom Disorders, and I offer group therapy for OCD. I also offer Virtual Reality for exposure-based treatment. The percentage of patients I treat on average with OCD or OC Related Disorders consists of approximately 70% of my practice. I have treated approximately 50+ patients with OCD and OCD Related Disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I also treat Anxiety Disorders, Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders, and Somatic Symptom Disorders. I have a CBT orientation and assess each person to see what may be most beneficial to target first in treatment. I always use a client-centered approach as well while treatment planning and throughout the treatment process.

Training Description:

I have received post-doctoral training treating OCD and OC Related Disorders from an OCD specialist in the field who is a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I’ve completed a BTTI through the IOCDF and continue to attend trainings, workshops, and consultation groups with other professionals focused on content specific to OCD and related disorders.

Diversity Statement:

I have received significant training during my graduate school training, my APA accredited pre-doctoral internship training, and my post-doctoral training on cultural competency and working with diverse populations.

Treatment Groups:

ERP Group Therapy for OCD

This is a Telehealth-based ERP treatment group specifically for adults with OCD. The purpose of the group is to help people struggling with OCD learn more about this disorder and work on exposures in a supportive environment. No prior knowledge of OCD or ERP is required in order to join the group. I will screen and conduct a diagnostic intake assessment with each member prior to enrollment in the group.

Cost: $125 per group
