Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels: Yes
I can help identify and address both the thoughts and behaviors that drive you on a daily basis, as well as past events that continue to influence your moods and behaviors today. I utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (DBT; CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Pet Therapy. Therapy is conducted in a non-judgmental setting filled with support and acceptance. I am usually accompanied by my trained therapy dog (arrangements can be made if there is a fear of dogs or allergies).
