Narrative of Services:

As a private practice clinician, I treat individuals aged 14 and older with OCD and other anxiety disorders. This population makes up at least 90% of my caseload. I use a foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide exposure work, ensuring that exposures are both relevant and meaningful. Additionally, I work with the families of these individuals to help them better understand symptoms, provide support, and address family accommodation. With prior experience in both Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings, I have worked with a wide range of presenting concerns and acuity levels.

Training Description:

I received intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in an IOP/PHP setting starting in 2018 through Compass Health Center. From 2018 to 2020, I treated individuals with OCD and other anxiety disorders using ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and habit reversal. In 2020, I created and oversaw Compass Health Center’s first OCD and Complex Anxiety IOP/PHP, which I managed for four years before transitioning full-time to private practice in 2024.

Diversity Statement:

I am committed to providing informed care and have actively sought out training opportunities to enhance my ability to work with diverse populations. I have completed formal continuing education in working with neurodiverse individuals, as well as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
