Corey Connelly LCAS, LCMHC
I enjoy working with clients struggling with OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism. I recognize the challenging cycle of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, avoidance, and compulsions, and can help provide some guidance around becoming “unstuck” from difficult patterns that are no longer serving you. If you struggle with using substances or other behavioral addictions to cope, and are wanting to set some goals surrounding your use, I am dually licensed to treat co-occuring substance use as well.
I am a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and have extensive experience treating co-occuring substance use disorders. In addition, I also have experience treating and facilitating Dialectical Behavior Therapy for co-occuring Borderline Personality Disorder and trauma.
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and licensed clinical addictions specialist. I have been treating OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders since 2016, primarily utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention, the recommended treatment for OCD. I have completed numerous trainings focused on providing Exposure and Response Prevention, as well as continue to seek out continuing education in treating and understanding OCD and anxiety. I am also trained extensively in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
