Southern California child and family therapist, author, and nationally recognized parenting expert specializing in OCD, ADHD, neurodivergent, and emotionally complex children. Serving families throughout Southern California, with offices in Ladera Ranch, Orange County and Westlake Village.

A quarter of my private practice have OCD, PANS, PANDAS. Many children with untreated ADHD or ASD may also co-occuring OCD. Dr. Patrick Whelan from UCLA, and I often refer to each other.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

She provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Pediatric OCD, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy (CBPT), child and family therapy, parent consultation, and interactive online play therapy. Her approach integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed and neurodevelopmentally informed treatment, with consultation for parents, schools, and organizations.
