Narrative of Services:

50-60% of our practice is patients with OCD or OCD related disorders and another 30% is patients with anxiety.

Training Description:

I have been treating OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders for over 15 years. I have sought out supervision and continuing education, including the BTTI, and gravitate towards Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and ACT Informed ERP. I have been a practicing psychologist, utilizing CBT for over 20 years and I now supervise Interns & early career clinicians in CBT/ACT and ERP. In 2019, I co-founded an ACT Peer Consult group (Portland Model) in the Boston Area.
