Narrative of Services:

I’ve been practicing as a licensed therapist since 2019, specializing in treating OCD and PTSD. My work involves helping individuals navigate obsessional doubt, recover from traumatic events and to make important changes in their life. I specialize in Inference-based CBT, an evidence based treatment for OCD.

Most importantly, I have been given the privilege of witnessing tremendous growth and healing from clients. Their resilience and fortitude continues to amaze me and is truly one of the best parts of my job. I believe that leading a fulfilling life is possible for everyone.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide Cognitive Processing Therapy which is an evidence based, gold standard treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder. The treatment is typically provided within 12 sessions, once per week. When a client presents with OCD and PTSD, we work together to better understand the impact of symptoms to determine the best course of treatment.

Additionally I am trained in DBT and CBT and utilize these approaches when appropriate. I have experience working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and personality disorders.

Training Description:

I have attended trainings for I-CBT from the OCD Training School (2023) and Kate Goldhouse (2024), and Exposure & Response Prevention from the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy (2025). I regularly participate in clinical consultation with fellow OCD therapists.

At any given time approximately 40-70% of my caseload consists of individuals with OCD. I have experience working with a wide range of OCD presentations including contamination and disgust OCD, taboo and harm themes, health anxiety and perfectionism.

I also provide an OCD support group/book club for disgust & contamination with a focus on the mastery approach.

Diversity Statement:

I regularly attend continuing education on cultural competency. Trainings attended include:

Call-to-action: Recognizing and Correcting Marginalization in Exposure Therapy Practice

CPT for Diverse Populations

Culturally Responsive Care with Latinx

Military Culture: Core Competencies for Health Care

Advancing Health Equity through Cultural Humility

I will be on leave from my practice in September 2026, and returning in January 2027.

Treatment Groups:

I provide an online 7 week support group/ book club for individuals with contamination & disgust based OCD, focused on the Mastery Approach. This group is $50 per session and will begin on May 25th, 2026, with a second group being offered starting January 2027. The group meets every-other-week on Monday evenings from 5pm-6:15pm, PST and is for adults in Oregon and Washington.
