I provide outpatient treatment for adults with OCD and Anxiety disorders, including GAD, social anxiety, and phobias. As part of the treatment process, I provide client education, and utilize ERP, CBT, and ACT techniques.

I treat OCD co-occurring with anxiety disorders, mood disorders and substance use disorders. Treatment includes a mix of ERP, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques, in addition to incorporating additional support groups for support.

I was trained in ERP in 2020 and have been seeing clients with OCD for the past six years. I complete ongoing training in treating OCD and Anxiety disorders annually, including attendance at the IOCDF conference.
