I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness to further promote well-being and to help individuals reach their personal treatment goals. I provide individual, group, and family sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. I believe in the importance of providing collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based treatment. Although my practice is a general practice, I specialize in the treatment of various mood and anxiety disorders (i.e., OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disrder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Dperession, Bipolar Disorder, etc.) as well as OC Spectrum disorders (Trichotillomania and Skin Picking).
I obtained my PsyD from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology and CBT was my trained orientation. I have been trained at Harbor UCLA Medical Center for CBT for one year (practicum). I have been in private practice for seven years where I specialize in CBT and have been treating individuals with OCD and OC Spectrum disorders (i.e., Trichotillomania, Hoarding, Skin Picking). I have attended didactics at UCLA Anxiety Disorders Clinic for one year.
