Narrative of Services:

Although I treat a myriad of conditions, approximately 60% of my patients are being treated for OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders. I have had the privilege of treating over 500 patients with these conditions.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat various co-occurring disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Social Anxiety Disorder and etc. I utilize evidence-based treatment focusing on psychoeducation and symptom reduction. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Habit Reversal Training, and Exposure Response Prevention for an individualized treatment plan.

Treatment most frequently occurs once a week. As symptoms improve, sessions are tapered (i.e. every other week, every three weeks and etc.). Frequency of session meetings can be adjusted for those requiring more intensive treatment to up to four times a week.
