I am a Cognitive Behavior Therapist who has been treating patients since 1987 and in private practice for many years. Currently, my private practice is at my healing center, Celestial Radiance Center (White Plains, NY). I work with adolescents, & adults. I specialize in anxiety disorders including OCD, BFRB’s (Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as Trichotillomania, Dermatillomania), as well as other OC Spectrum disorders. I use a variety of techniques to help others manage their anxiety, such as Reiki, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, LifeForce Yoga, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Exposure and Response Prevention, Systematic Desensitization, Imagery, Visualization, Meditation, and Relaxation Training.

I have treated OCD and OC Spectrum disorders since 1987. I received post-graduate training at the Institute for Behavior Therapy in New York City from Sept. 1989 – June 1990. I received supervision for Trichotillomania and OCD at the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington (Silver Spring, MD) from 1997-2000 while I was employed there. I have presented at many of TLC’s Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors annual conferences and retreats since 2001.
