OCD & Anxiety Support HK was set up in January 2014 to support, educate and to be a resource for individuals suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety Disorders (AD). The aim of this not for profit organisation is to give mental health sufferers a voice to express how they feel, reduce stigma and to build a sense of community where individuals feel safe and accepted.
OCD & Anxiety Support HK runs free monthly support group meetings that are open to English speaking adults who are struggling with OCD and AD. We provide education about mental illness in schools and health clinics and to loved ones of OCD and AD sufferers. We would welcome opportunities to conduct mental heath workshops or information sessions within the corporate sector to address how to manage anxiety and stress at work. In addition, we provide information on the different treatment options available to sufferers in Hong Kong and overseas. For individuals who would like more personalised care, we provide one to one coaching in the form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Stress Management for OCD and AD.
