Narrative of Services:
I provide teletherapy (virtual sessions) to adults, offering accessible and flexible care from the comfort of a client’s chosen environment. Approximately half of my practice focuses on treating adults with OCD and OC-related disorders, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). The remainder of my practice includes treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, health-related anxiety, and other anxiety-related conditions. My approach is collaborative, skills-focused, and tailored to each individual’s needs, with the goal of helping clients achieve lasting improvement in their quality of life.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I work with adults who experience anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and health anxiety alongside problematic substance use or reliance on alcohol or other substances to cope with anxiety. My approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) for health anxiety. I 20 years of experience working with substance use disorders and use Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP).Acceptance and Commitment

Diversity Statement:
The majority of my career has been dedicated to working in public mental health and substance use settings, providing care to marginalized and underserved communities. I value justice-informed treatment approaches that recognize and address the systemic factors impacting mental health.
As a social worker with over 25 years of experience, I have pursued ongoing education through numerous workshops focused on cultural competence and equity in care.
