I offer I-CBT, ERP, and hypnotherapy for my OCD clients. My practice consists of approximately 80% of OCD and OC Related Disorders. I require family therapy for children and adolescents and recommend it for individual adult clients. I prefer in office sessions but SPACE groups are virtual and telehealth is always an option if preferred. My primary office is in Macon, GA, but I am also in my Winter Park, FL office one week out of each month.

I have been treating anxiety disorders and OCD for 20 years. I was the anxiety specialist in an outpatient program in a local behavioral health hospital for 15 years and I have been specializing in anxiety and OCD in my private practice since 2018. I am a certified hypnotherapist and have found that ERP through hypnotherapy helps for all clients, but especially those who are resistant due to their fear of the exposures. I have been offering I-CBT for my clients for four years, as I find that many of the concepts work well for long-term recovery.

I am very open to working with diverse populations. I worked in child welfare for 8 years prior to working at a behavioral health hospital for 15 years. The clients/patients I worked with varied in all ages, races, religions, ethnicities, and sexualities. I have attended multiple cultural competency courses over the years and am comfortable meeting people where they are. If I do not understand a cultural issue, I tend to ask questions for better clarification and understanding.

I offer an OCD group for my active clients as well as SPACE treatment for parents of anxious children/teens (individual and group options) .
