Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in the treatment of OCD and OC related disorders. I have 14+ years of clinical experience and have treated hundreds of individuals with OCD across all themes, including harm, relationship, moral and religious scrupulosity, real event, perinatal OCD, and identity based fears. I provide evidence based treatment using ERP, ACT, CBT, and I CBT. Services are offered in person in Austin, West Lake Hills, and the surrounding Westlake area, as well as via telehealth. I work with adults and teens ages 15+ and treat OCD with co occurring anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and autism spectrum traits.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in the treatment of OCD across all themes using evidence based approaches, including ERP and ACT. Many clients also present with co occurring conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, or autism spectrum traits. When present, treatment remains OCD focused, with adaptations to pacing, structure, and skills to support emotional regulation, neurodiversity, and recovery. Co occurring symptoms are addressed only as they relate to OCD treatment and progress, rather than as separate or primary treatment tracks.

Training Description:

I have over 14 years of experience treating OCD and OCD spectrum disorders. My training includes completion of the International OCD Foundation Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), Cognitive Behavioral Institute’s ERP for OCD training, I CBT training, and multiple ACT trainings focused on OCD treatment. I also completed specialized training through the TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors for treating trichotillomania and excoriation (skin-picking) disorder. Early in my career, I received focused clinical supervision in OCD treatment. I am licensed in Texas, Illinois, Washington, Nevada, and credentialed to provide telehealth services in the state of Florida.

Diversity Statement:

I work with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds and approach OCD treatment with attention to how culture, identity, family systems, and values shape symptoms and recovery. As a Jewish clinician, I have experience working with Jewish clients across levels of observance, as well as clients from other faith traditions and cultural communities. I strive to provide culturally responsive, inclusive care that respects individual identity and lived experience, while maintaining evidence based OCD treatment grounded in ERP and related approaches.

My work includes ongoing education and clinical experience related to cultural competency and working with diverse populations. I approach OCD treatment with attention to how culture, religion, family systems, neurodiversity, gender identity, and lived experience can shape symptom presentation and recovery. As a Jewish clinician, I bring cultural awareness when working with Jewish clients, while also working across faiths and cultural backgrounds. I prioritize culturally responsive, inclusive care and regularly engage in continuing education and consultation to ensure my work remains informed, respectful, and evidence based.
